Zombie Chicks
By Todd C. Edwards
It flew across the yard and landed in the geraniums. You don't expect zombified flesh to be quite so aerodynamic, but there you go.
I swung the axe again, and now the head joined the hand in the flower bed.
It was too bad, really. I had loved Sarah, back before she joined the ranks of the undead. She had tried to convince me to join her for an eternity together, but I wasn't that into her. Besides. . .chicks. Always trying to tie you down, and eat your brains.
Once I'd dismembered her satisfactorily, I doused her remains with lighter fluid and gave her a Zippo funeral. It was the only way to be sure.
Now that I was a free man once again, I hopped on my motorcycle and headed out of town. I'd heard that Tucson was still zombie-free. Maybe I could hook up with some hotties and repopulate the Earth.
